The International Centre facility is fully outfitted with guest services throughout the building, complete with everything you would require to make your visit most accommodating. Information on these services are below.

Bank Machines

No Cash? No Problem! Laser Cash ATM's can be found in the Hall 1 main lobby, Hall 3, Hall 5, Hall 6 and inside the Bingo Hall lobby. Laser Cash ATM's are available for cash withdrawals only.

Lost and Found

Lost something? Found something? If you have lost or found an item while attending the show, please contact Show Management. If you have lost or found an item after the show has ended, please call the Building Security at (905) 405-0014

Public Telephones

Public telephones are located in all main lobby areas throughout the facility for your convenience.

Taxi Phones - Need a taxi?

Complimentary taxi phones are located by each hall entrance at the International Centre. The phones connect directly to a dispatcher at All Star Taxi who can arrange for a taxi to pick you up from the location you are calling from.

Public Transportation Schedules

Copies of the TTC, Go Train and Mississauga Transit schedules can be found in the Information Display Case located in the Hall 1 Main Lobby, next to the Security Desk. For additional information, please click on the above links or visit the Directions & Parking section of this website.

Public Washrooms

Public washrooms are conveniently located throughout the facility.

Baby Changing Counters

Baby changing counters are located in washrooms in Halls 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Parking Lot

All main entrances have a designated number of signed parking spaces in close proximity to the entrance area(s). Ramp curb cuts are available at all main entrances for your convenience.

Entrances with Wheelchair Accessibility

All main entrances are equipped with power-operated doors. All lobby entrances have either a flat surface and/or a wheelchair ramp for your convenience.

Barrier-Free Washrooms (Wheelchair Accessible)

For your convenience barrier-free washrooms are located in Halls 1, 3, 3a, 4, 4a, 5 and 6.

Are products for sale at the Show?

YES! All the major manufacturers of Digital Imaging products will be in attendance with their latest product for you to review and purchase.

Do you only sell used equipment at the Show?

No, visit our Show and you'll see we have a full assortment of new and 'hard-to-find' used camera equipment.

What kind of special deals can I expect?

The Show always has special deals that are available only at the Show. Come check us out!

What form of payment is accepted?

We accept all forms of payment. Henry's Advantage Card, AMEX, VISA, MC, Cash and Debit

Do I have to pay extra to attend the seminars?

No, attendance to the seminars is FREE and included in your price of admission to the Show.

Do I have to register for the FREE seminars?

No, seating is available on a first come, first serve basis for all presentations. Seating will however need to be reserved for the on-site computer lab. Reservations cdan only be made at the Show.

Can I attend more than one seminar?

You may attend as many seminars as you wish. Your admission to the Show provides you access to the Show including all seminars for the entire weekend.

How long are the seminars?

Most of our Show seminars are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.

What is the price of admission?

The $15 ticket provides you entrance into the show for the entire weekend.

Can I bring my own camera?

Absolutely! We only ask that upon entering the Show, you have your camera equipment registered with our security service.

Can I have my camera repaired at this Show?

Unfortunately we are not able to provide this service at the Show, but would be happy to help you with any repair inquiries at any other Henry's store location.

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the Show.

Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something?

Yes, the ticket is valid for all three days of the Show.

How much does the parking cost at the facility?

Parking at the International Centre is free.

Are there ATMs on site?

Yes there are ATMs in the Lobby.
